The Cranberries: Uncut – A 4K Film Restoration
There is a special magic in raw music video footage. For the 30th Anniversary of No Need To Argue, I had the honor of unearthing and scanning the original film reels to create a new 4K uncut music video for the "Ode To My Family (Iian Cook Remix)."
Beyond the main video, I curated and edited a social series featuring continuous takes, alternate edits, and rare, never-before-seen angles. This intimate, uncut look at The Cranberries music videos resonated globally, amassing over 35 million views across social platforms and allowing fans to experience the band's legacy with unprecedented clarity.
My Role: Director and Editor
Restoring History: For the Amorica. 30th Anniversary reissue, I served as Director of Content, tasked with bringing 1994 into 2025. While the campaign included standard vinyl ads and social edits, the true challenge was archival recovery.
I unearthed five silent, discarded takes from infamous 1994 mushroom party. Upon realizing they were alternate performances of "Cursed Diamond," I synced the 5 takes, the 2025 remastered audio and built a new official music video from scratch using a real-time multicam workflow. The final piece was upscaled from SD to HD and recolored, transforming lost footage into a polished tribute to the band's legacy.
